Join us for a community-focused Material Swap & Sale where creativity meets sustainability! This gathering offers a perfect opportunity to find new homes for your gently used materials while discovering treasures from fellow artists and makers.
Date: Saturday, April 05th
Time: 12 - 2 PM
Duration: 2 hours
Location: Blue Light Junction, 209 McAllister Street, Studio A
How It Works:
Drop-off timing: Please arrive 30 minutes early (11:30am) to set up your items.
Bring items you can carry: All items must be carried by one person without assistance. Think fabric scraps, art supplies, small tools, books, craft materials, fabrics, spoons, spatulas, and small furniture items.
Quality matters: Items should be in decent condition that others would find valuable for their creative practice or daily use.
Pricing options: You can set a price, offer items for free, or negotiate trades with other participants.
Registration details: No pre-registration required - just drop in during the event hours.
Community guidelines: Please price items reasonably, be respectful of others' spaces, and be open to negotiation. All unsold/un swapped items must be taken back with you at the end of the event.
This event aligns with our commitment to sustainability and community resource-sharing. Reduce waste while supporting the creative endeavors of others in our community!
